Stamp carving flowers Day 1 2014

I have Geninne D. Zlatkis’ book Making an Impression so delved in today to do some stamp carving.

I used one of her templates (nowhere near as well rendered as the author’s!) to base my bell drop flower on and then made a little flower tile (which measures approx 3x3cm)

    Wow! How long did the droopy flowers stamp take to make? It’s so lovely!

  2. Thank you @clamoring – it’s not as detailed
    as the actual design I was trying to carve! I only have basic Lino tools that aren’t fine enough. Using the speedy-carve is much easier than Lino though.
