I really hate doing open-backed beaded bezels. I probably wouldn’t hate them so much if I worked with things that were regular in shape, but these pieces of glass never are. Nonetheless, this one cried out for an open-backed bezel.

Back to the Pantone “Color of the Year” – emerald. The photos don’t do justice to the piece of glass. It has a some opalescence that is very hard to capture. This one is about 2″ long.
