Sarcophagus is done. The Occupant is wrapped. Face is painted. Just need to do a tad more work to finish the head and he will be complete.

My wonky girl got her bow today! Used a really long piece of the dress fabric and played with wrapping and tying and such and ta-da! Now she’s fancy. :) Her face faded from all the man-handling putting her together

Finished my first doll! She did come out way wonky, but I like her. Once I close up her head, I’m going to add a bow or headband or scarf… something to help make her head look less… off. :)

Tonight I played with my box of Pearl Ex powders and some different mediums to make two ACEO backgrounds (they will both be trimmed before use). I would have had three, but I messed with the third until ruined it.

Today I took the hardware off of a wooden coffin I had painted black. I sanded down all the edges and corners because I want it to have more of a sarcophagus feel for it’s future occupant (he’s WIP, too).
