This one just kind of happened. I knew the colors I had to work with, and an idea of what I wanted to make. A children’s craft I did last summer used clear contact paper adhered to a chipboard frame (like this: http://nurturestore.co.uk/contact-paper-art) with a design underneath to follow. Then, after all the paper squares were placed, I used Mod Podge over the sticky side to seal it and glued black paper to the back. The kids liked that. Some skipped using the design on it and just winged it.
Do you plan a mosaic out first, or sot of “create as you go”?
