TAD Day 27: St. Brigid’s cross


I am neither Irish nor Catholic, but traditionally this is supposed to protect your house from fire and evil. It is usually made (according to Wikipedia) on February 1 from rushes.  I made a trial one first from pipe cleaners to make sure I understood the mechanics.
