Nowt much Day 22

Strange day. Body Balance class didn’t give me my much needed jolt.

An unexciting walk to the pharmacy allowed me to breathe in some Spring.
Mabes took a nap on me on our return.

About bubblemunch

I live in the historic city of York. I enjoy most things arty and crafty and am greatly inspired by nature.

  1. Makes me think there is hope for Spring here!

  2. Oh, crocus! The second sign of spring after the snowdrops. The radio here had a story about the viking museum in York last week. Is that near you?

    • Yes – it’s been the Viking festival all week long. I live just outside of York City Centre (a short ride). I can walk into town by the river. York’s centre (measured by the city walls) is really quite small. I live in a little village called New Earswick. It was built by Joseph Rowntree. I believe that the term “the poverty line” was coined by the Joseph Rowntree Foundation who undertake a lot of social research.
