spring soup










This is one of our favorite ways to make chicken soup taste a little like spring.  We put sliced cherry tomatoes, spinach and peas at the bottom of the bowl, then season with lemon juice, thyme, dill, and mint. Now if only it was spring.

I've been making more things with more confidence and I feel like I am up to the challenge of another TAD. Here goes. I was inspired to make things I like by Ohbara, whose zakka still brighten my day.
