Last year I managed to make it about halfway through Thing-a-Day before I fell behind! This year, instead of trying a medium new to me each day, I will simply strive to see various projects I’ve already started through to completion. I will likely find myself, of course, starting a few new ones along the way. I have always enjoyed seeing the creativity that everyone else shares, gaining both new ideas and encouragement from everyone else participating!
Today’s project was simple enough: After having the project sitting on a shelf for about a year, I finished up cutting up some cards from the Ghibli Museum gift shop to fit into some shadow boxes. Before the end of the month, some battery-powered LEDs will be added to the boxes to give a nice glow and really show off the colors. A slow start, for sure, but I’m finally making progress!
